Victor Leroy Bromley, 89, passed away in Salt Lake City, UT on Saturday, July 2, 2016. He was born December 14, 1926 to Jesse Bromley & Roseina Farnsworth Bromley. He attended Price High School where he met his future wife of 67 years, Judith Marie Justice. Together, they had 10 children. Family was very important and came first to Victor. He had a great sense of humor and a huge smile. You were always welcomed at Grandpa's house with open arms and a big hug.
Victor served in the Navy during WWII. He worked many years in the coal mines, as a guard at Thiokol, mechanic at Hill Air Force Base, and many positions in the oilfield. He enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, fishing, camping, hauling wood, and play cards.
He is survived by his wife, Judith Marie; his children Sandi (Tex) Ross, Vickie (Gary) Ross, Laura (David) Hackford, Debbie Molay, Roger (Lisa) Bromley, Paul Bromley, Darryl (Lissie) Bromley, Daniel Bromley. Victor is lovingly remembered by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Victor is preceded in death by his sons Richard Leroy (Sandra) and Kevin Todd, parents, and siblings.
A graveside service will be held, Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lapoint Cemetery. Military honors will be presented by the Roosevelt American Legion and the Utah National Guard. There with be a luncheon to follow at the Lapoint Park.
