    Spencer Rudolph Nephi, age 41, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away November 5, 2023 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo.
    Her was born October 29, 1982 in Roosevelt, Utah to Andre Rudolph and Carol Ann Johnson Nephi. 
    Spencer enjoyed traveling, playing hand games, shopping, eating and cooking.  He was a talented cook who focused on texture and taste and loved learning about different cultures and how to make their cuisine.  He was a very straight forward person, you knew what he thought.  He was a very giving, caring, generous, sincere man who delighted in helping others.  His family was his everything and he loved spending time cooking and being with them.  He had a talent for language and spoke several fluently and others well.
    He was loved by many and will be missed by all those who knew him.
    He is survived by his mother, Carol Ann Nephi, his siblings, Juliann (Robert Styles) Nephi, Andre Nephi, the mother he adopted, Veronica Ramirez, couple who helped raise him, Lauriann and Irvin Yazzie, nieces and nephews, Gage, Sonny, Julian, Michael, Noah, Curtis, Jr. “June Bug”, Xitlali Ramirez, Alex Ramirez, Jordan Ramirez, Jorge Ramirez, and numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Andre Nephi, grandparents, Madeleine Williams, Rudoph Nephi, Marvin & Carolee Redfoot, nieces, Maybelle Yazzie and Ashlyn Thompson, nephew, Urah Greyeyes, and Viola & Robert Smith, who also helped raise him.   
    Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Whiterocks Community Building.  A wake will be held at the same location after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
    Burial in the John Harmes Cemetery.
