Beloved wife, mom and grandmother, Shirley Ann Glines, age 82, passed in her sleep in at the Sr. Villa on Friday, December 23, 2016.
Born to Lyle William and Sarah Horrocks Glines, on May 1, 1934 in Neola. She was the second of four children. She graduated from Uintah High in 1952.
Shirley spent time visiting families of the children receiving care through Shriners Hospital. She received many trophies & awards bowling in the Salt Lake W.B.C. and W.I.B.A. She taught herself how to play the guitar. She enjoyed country and western music and loved to dance. She was a member of the ladies auxiliary post #7398. Shirley always had a soft spot for dogs, she called them “Hearts wrapped in fur”.
She is survived by her son, Craig (Anna) Kilpack, Herriman; brothers, Veral Glines, SLC; Lowell Glines, Charles Ray Glines, both of Vernal; 5 grandchildren, Camron, Yancee, Randie, Angela and Natalie, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Virgil Kilpack, Clayton T. Robinson and John Cameron.
Shirley will be truly missed by all that knew her. A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
