Sandy Campbell

Lena Inez "Sandy" Campbell, age 87, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away on December 23, 2015 at the Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Sr. Villa.
Sandy was born May 7, 1928 in Clarksville, Texas to Herman and Elsie Amos Duncan. She married Donald Ellsworth Campbell on September 22, 1961 in Gunnison, Colorado.
Sandy loved being with her family, she cherished the opportunity to go hunting, fishing, camping and having barbeque's with them. Also, she liked to go to yard sales. She was of the Pentecostal faith and was a wonderful Christian lady that loved the Lord.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Campbell, Ft. Duchesne; children, Larry Wayne (Irma) McGill, LaVaca, Arkansas; Lonnie (Marie) McGill, Vernal; grandchildren, Larry Jr. (Laura) McGill, Tina (Eddie) Brown, Lisa (Larue) Linson, Stacey McGill, Travis McGill, Weston (Jessica) McGill, 7 great grandchildren, and her sisters, Joyce (Don) Lacek, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Joan (Jarrell) Keykendy, Electra, Texas; and Barbara Fay Leagan, Blossom, Texas.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vernal Memorial Park.
