Roxanne Star Manning

       Roxanne Manning, age 35, passed away May 3, 2024 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
    Roxane was born May 4, 1988 in Roosevelt, Utah to Raymond Manning and Wilda Annie Bedonie.
    Roxanne was a talented artist.  She enjoyed softball, volleyball, camping, and riding horses. She loved animals, watching videos of killer whales, dogs, and especially wolves.
    Roxanne is survived by her mother, Wilda Manning, Ft. Duchesne; father, Raymond Manning, Salt Lake City; siblings, Laytoya Manning, Roosevelt; Victoria Manning, Vernal; Raya Manning, Nathan Manning, both of Vernal; Romaine Cesspooch, Randlett; niece, Noran Chapoose; nephew, Logan Chapoose, both of Vernal; Ethan Chapoose, Ft. Duchesne, Liam Myore, Vernal; aunts and uncles, Earl, Sr. & Catherine Manning, Indian Bench; Everett & Cassandra Manning, Ft. Duchesne; Emmett Manning, Roosevelt; Ann Bateman, Mtn. Home; Cheyenne Bateman, Shanna Bateman, both of Tabiona; Brandon Bateman, Mtn. Home; Tara & Dalton Peatross, Duchesne; Sheena and Chris Wilkerson, Roosevelt; LaEna & Jason Young, Cedarview; and numerous aunts, uncles, and other family.
    She was preceded in death by her grandparents, sister Tiffany Manning, uncles, Ferdinand Jr. & Clifton Manning, cousins, Nelanna Manning, Joshua Albert Manning, his foster family, father, Bob Bate,man, grandparents, brother, Christopher Bateman, grandparents, Wallace & Beverly Stevenson, cousins, Adam Liddell, and Emily Liddell.  
    Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ft. Duchesne Community Building.  A wake will be held after 4:00 PM on Wednesday at the same location.
    Burial will be in the Ouray-Tabbee Cemetery.
