Robbin Heaps Banks

Robbin Heaps Banks, age 69, of Roosevelt, died on December 26, 2022, with her family by her side.
    Robbin was born on January 31, 1953, in California, to Raymond B and Janice Harrison Heaps. She married Eugene Banks on December 30, 1974, in Elko, Nevada.  They were sealed for time and eternity in the Vernal Temple on February 28, 2001.  He died on July 15, 2014.  She was a loving wife and together they made many fond memories that she treasured.  Her world revolved around him and taking care of their children. 
    Robbin worked as a Bail Bondswoman. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. She loved to cook big dinners for her family, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas. She could be found crocheting and sewing and she collected Budweiser Beer Steins. Robbin loved her family and was very selfless. She was also easy going, until it came to her grandchildren. Robbin’s world revolved around her grandchildren! She loved them and loved to spoil them!
    Robbin is survived by her daughters, Gina (Jud) Marble, Jenny Banks, and Lacie (Austin) Jessen, and step-children that she raised; 23 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Randy and Allen Heaps.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Janice; her husband, Eugene, and many other relatives.
