Regina Reay Walker

Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Regina Ann Reay Walker, age 75, passed away March 30, 2016 at her home after a long battle with cancer.
She was born October 31, 1940 in Pocatello Idaho. She married the love of her life Carl Voyne Walker, on May 2, 1957. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on November 28, 1966.
When she was young Regina and her sister had a lot of fun playing tricks on her birthday just because it was Halloween. She worked as a telephone operator also worked at First Security Bank and Moon Lake Electric. She enjoyed knitting, camping, Jazz games, being with the family and loved being around the grandkids. She served in various positions in Relief Society and Primary. She won several ribbons at the Duchesne County fair with her knitting and everyone in the family and friends had a knitted Christmas stocking. Carl and Regina served a 18 month service mission at the Home Storage Center in Roosevelt.
She is survived by her loving husband Carl, Roosevelt; her children: Sheli Bodily, Vernal; Michael Walker (Sharmel) Tooele; Todd Walker (Catherine) Roosevelt; Gary Walker, Roosevelt; her sister, Kathy Huntsman, Ashton Idaho; 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents Tuff and Pearl Reay.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday April 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Roosevelt East Stake Center. Viewings will be held on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary and on Monday at the Church 1 hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
