Ralph Kochamp

Ralph J. "Kym" Kochamp, age 50, of Reno, formerly of Ft. Duchesne, passed away on July 10, 2015.
Kym was born June 2, 1965 in Roosevelt to Roger, Kochampanasken, Sr. and Florine Cornpeach Kochamp Benson.
After graduating college he attended Phillips Jr. College in SLC. For the past 23 years he has lived in Nevada. Through the years he has worked in a print shop, for a taffy candy company and did other miscellaneous jobs.
Ralph was a beautiful, big hearted person, loved by his family, friends and everyone he befriended. He loved his life, gambling, making jewelry, was a talented artist and played a good game of tennis. He was a great friend and lit up any room he entered. He lived life to the fullest. He attended local pow-wows and took care of his home, roommate and himself in both good and bad times. He was very dependable. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his siblings, Cassandra M. Kochamp, Lonnie Norton, Roger Kochampanasken, Jr., Damascus Kochamp, Bruce Emery Higgins, and best friend, Earl Mayes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Paul Cornpeach, Betty Redcap, Ralph and Mamie Kochampanasken, Maimie Cornpeach, Emma Lou Cuch, and Edith Upchego. .
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery. A wake will be held on Wednesday after 4:00 p.m. at the Whiterocks Community Building. The final view will be held at the community building at 9:00 a.m.
