Ned Hardman

      Ned Hardman, age 85, of Bluebell, passed away September 14, 2022 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
    Ned was born September 2, 1937 in Hanna, Utah to Hyrum Ray and Bessie Ilene Burris Hardman.  He married Elsie Jane Bird on May 21, 1958 in Myton.  They were sealed in the Vernal Temple on May 18, 2000.
    Ned enjoyed camping, going to the mountains for firewood, riding horses, going on adventures on his ATV and just going for a ride.  He worked as a truck driver for many years in the oil field.  His family was his most important thing and he loved each of them with all of his heart.
    He is survived by his wife, Elsie Hardman, children Nelda Erickson, Arnold “Arnie” (Johna) Hardman, Tony Lee (Vickie) Hardman, Steve (Leigh Ann) Hardman, 11 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and siblings, Fred (Clara) Hardman, Nola Bristol, Nora Rhodes (Don Pepper), Alton (Ev) Hardman, and Raymond (Althea) Hardman.
    He is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Don Erickson, grandchildren, Eric Hardman, Kevin Olsen, Cody Olsen, great grandchildren, Makayla Hardman, Haven Romero, and siblings, Hyrum Ray Hardman, Jay Hardman, Lester Hardman, Royal Hardman, Cecil Hardman, Melvin Hardman, Eva Gordon, sisters-in-law, Wanda Hardman Rice, Fran Hardman, Kay Hardman, and brother-in-law, Gene Bristol.  .
    Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Altamont Chapel.  Viewings will be held on Sunday evening at the Hullinger Mortuary from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. and Monday at the church from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.
    Burial will be in the Bluebell Cemetery with military honors presented by the Altamont American Legion.
