Marshall Penning Jack, age, 29, of Ft. Duchesne was killed in an automobile accident on April 5, 2015 near Ft. Duchesne.
Marshall was born January 25, 1986 in Roosevelt to Marsha L Jack and Roger Kochampanasken, Jr.
Marshall enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, joking around, drawing and singing. He was a professional skateboard who competed in many competitions. He also was a musician, playing the flute and guitar, producing several cd’s. His family was most important to him and he loved his children and other family members, he cherished spending time with them. He graduated from Chemewa in Salem, Oregon in 2005 and was a proud member of the Native American Church.

Funeral services held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 10;00 a.m. at the Ft. Duchesne Gym.
A wake will be held after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Marsha Jack’s home in Ft. Duchesne.
Burial in the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery.
