Marcia Joyce Lemon White, age 82, of Roosevelt, passed away October 7, 2022, at home surrounded by her family.
She was born October 17, 1939, in Roosevelt, to James Farnsworth and MaDonna Nelson Lemon.  She married Neil Gordon White on April 15, 1960, in Ioka.  They were sealed on October 24, 1962, in the Manti Temple.
Marcia was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who assisted her husband in operating the family business.  She took great pride and joy in creating a beautiful yard with thousands of flowers every year, often winning the “Best Yard” award.  She decorated her home for every season and holiday, and not just in the main rooms, but through the entire house.  In her younger days, she sewed dresses, dance costumes and other clothing, more recently she spent time crocheting, tying quilts, making Christmas pajamas for her grandkids and keeping her home organized and immaculate.

Marcia was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, fulfilling her callings faithfully.  She served for eleven years in the Vernal Temple as an ordinance worker with her husband.  She loved doing genealogy and spent many years working at the family history center.  She cherished reading the scriptures.
Marcia is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Neil; her children, Gordon (Arbetta) White, Terri (Rick) Young, Danielle (Matt) Labrum, all of Roosevelt; Travis (Alicia) White, Vernal; Brandon (Hetal) White, Roosevelt; 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; siblings, Loya Nebeker, Roosevelt; Neil Lemon, Preston, Idaho; Lyle (Glenda) Lemon, Spanish Fork; Lynn (Susan) Lemon, Providence; Sheryl (Craig) Burton, Talmage; Deanne (Kent) Thomason, Evanston, Wyoming; Jerry (Paula) Lemon, Missoula, Montana; sisters-in-law, Kathleen & Peggy Lemon, Roosevelt; and numerous nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lysli Jeanne White; 3 great-grandchildren, Tace Hales, Bryce & Bella Thompson; brothers, James & David Lemon; and her parents, James and MaDonna Lemon.
