Madison Jody Jensen

Madison Jody Jensen, age 21, of Roosevelt, returned to her Heavenly Father on December 1, 2016.
    She was born May 18, 1995, in Roosevelt, to Jared and Heather Brown Jensen.  She graduated from Uintah High School and then attended Mesa State College in Colorado.
    Madison was a farm girl through and through.  She took great pride in the cattle herd she built with her father. She could outwork anyone, and was often found riding her horse.  She was an avid history buff, and enjoyed going on long drives with her sisters.  Her family was her greatest love and together they went on many fishing trips into the High Uintahs.   She was also a very accomplished hunter throughout her life.   She had a knack for making everyone laugh, and liked to listen to, dance to, and sing to any music.  She had a special cat, “Em,”  that she adored and was always at Madison’s side.  
    Madison was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
    Madison is survived by her parents, Jared & Heather Jensen; brother, Mason (Kim) Jensen; sisters Malarie & Meradee Jensen, all of Roosevelt; grandparents, Richard Leonard (Molly) Jensen, New Mexico; Brent & Boneta Brown, Jensen, UT; great-grandfather, Bill Workman, Idaho; nephew & niece, Tyler & Gracelynn Jensen; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  
    She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jody Jensen; aunt, Robin Jensen; Uncle, Matt Jensen; and a great grandmother, Uvon Workman.
    Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Neola LDS Chapel.  There will be a viewing on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary and on Thursday at the church from 9-9:45 a.m.
    Burial will be in the West Warren Cemetery in Ogden, UT, at 3:30 p.m.  Condolences may be shared at www.hullingermortuary.com
