He was born April 11, 1980, in Roosevelt, to Mark ElRay and Patricia Ann Jenkins Duncan. He attended ConAmore School and graduated in 2002.
Lucas made an impact on everyone’s lives, teaching and showing love to everyone around him, all without ever walking or talking. He has taught to love without judging, find the good in everyone and to be happy no matter the circumstances. No doubt he has his spot reserved in heaven! Everyone that knew him loved him.
Lucas was able to enjoy a long, happy life, and have his continuous smile because of the wonderful caretakers he’s had including numerous family members, home health workers, and his many teachers and friends from Con Amore.
