LouAnn Jensen Horrocks, age 69, of Hayden, Utah, lost the battle with cancer in the early hours of the morning of April 1, 2024, with Chad and her boys by her side. LouAnn was born to Ray E and Hattie Gardner Jensen on January 30, 1955 in Vernal, Utah. She married her sweetheart Chad H Horrocks on October 8, 1971 their union was blessed with two sons. Chad and Louann have had a life full of adventure, love, joy and family in their quiet home in Hayden, Utah. LouAnn was always the life of the party, the one to make everyone feel welcome; no one stayed a stranger long when she was around. She worked at the Frontier Grill and for Workforce Services before retiring to her yard work and helping her husband ranch. She loved working in her yards keeping them well groomed as well as helping her mom keep up her yards. LouAnn had many talents and hobbies and loved to play softball but was also given the gift of “gab”. LouAnn was the kind of grandma every kid needs in their corner to cheer them on, have fun, laugh and go on adventures and enjoy life with. Deer camp was her favorite time of the year and by far the best holiday for the Jensen family. LouAnn planned a family meal and made sure to visit with everyone there. Her ability to make everything fun and her laugh will be greatly missed. LouAnn is survived by her husband, Chad and their two sons, Clay (Kelly) Horrocks of Neola; Quinn (Terri) Horrocks of Hayden; her grandchildren Hallie (Liahona) Oloapu, Hanna (Austin) Ison, Brayden, Hunter, Jensen, Avery and three great grandchildren.
