Kevin Laurence Hendricks, age 50, of Fruitland passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 8, 2021.
Kevin was born March 2, 1971, in Ogden, to Stephen Charles and Bonnie Jean Givens Hendricks.
He grew up in Fruitland where he gained his dad, Kent Young. He attended Tabiona High School and graduated in 1989.
Kevin married Rachel McEntire had two beautiful daughters. They later divorced.
Kevin worked many trades but loved his current job driving water truck for Jim Nebeker Trucking, which he has done since 2007. His greatest love was for his daughters, everything he did was for them, whether it was hunting, fishing, or just acting as a human jungle gym. Kevin’s love for his daughters is endless.
Rest in peace, Daddy, we love you and will miss you.
Kevin is survived by his daughters, Kassy & Emma Hendricks; mother, Bonnie; dad, Kent (Shelly) Young; siblings, Annie Harmon, John (Jana) Hendricks, Mike (Mindy) Hendricks, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Laurence and Deliah Givens.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fruitland Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A visitation will be held from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. The services will be live-streamed and can be viewed here and at the link below.
Burial will be in the Fruitland Cemetery.
