    Jose Manuel Diaz Baeza, age 31, of Arcadia, died on February 19, 2025, at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah.
    Jose was born on February 4, 1994, in Mexico City, Mexico, to Octavio Diaz and Marie Dolores Baeza. He graduated from Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah.
    My son, Jose Manuel, always was an angel. Since he was a child he was someone very special. He was always positive and loving, with a great heart. He liked football, soccer, and dogs. He really enjoyed music and cooking. He was very intelligent. He was the one who always helped me in everything. He always had a response and knew how to arrange things. He had an enormous heart. He loved his family and had unconditional affection and love for his nieces.
    My son was always strong. Despite his disease he was always positive. He lived every moment of life to the fullest. He surprised me with his strength and his outlook on life. He was always strong, positive, happy, and also a little naggy. I will never forget his smile and noble heart that my son had until the day we had to say goodbye. He taught me so much. His big heart, strength, and the infinite love he had for us will forever live in our hearts.
    You will be with us until we meet again. I love you son. It was an honor to be your mother. I will always love and remember you as you were. My marvelous and special son. I love you.
    Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the Myton Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  A viewing will be held from 10:00 - 10:45 AM.
    Burial in the Bridgeland Cemetery.
