Our loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, Janette “Jan” Grover, age 63, of Roosevelt, returned to her Heavenly Father on November 11, 2024, after a short, hard fought battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family.

 She was born September 8, 1961, in Clearfield, Utah, to Judy Mieure and Rolland Grover. 

 Jan was a fun, outgoing person with a heart of gold. Her personality would put a smile on anyone’s face. She loved taking rides up to the mountains, camping, singing, and spending time with her kids & grand-kids. She loved her dog Mazie. 

 She would go above and beyond for anyone in need. She was our HERO! She was the mom and grandma that everyone took in as their own. She loved her two daughters’ cooking and enjoyed every meal they cooked for her. She also really liked to go shopping with them.

 Jan is survived by her children, Dusty Hague (Megan Hopkins), Duchesne; Brandie Bird (Mike Winkler), Myton; Kellcie Betts (Ryan Dieter), Roosevelt; grandchildren, Triston, Gage, McKenzie, Aleyna, McKenna, AddiLynn, & Talon; a great-grandchild, Blakely; mother, Judy Mieure; father, Rolland Grover; siblings, Debbie Jensen; Marty Kofford, Darcy Logan, Ronna Olsen, Randy Grover, Sheila Toluta’U, Gaylene Mahoy, Tammy Bellville, Lori Quigley; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

 She was preceded in death by her step-dad, Jack Mieure; uncle, Don Abbott; grandparents, Rose & Jay Abbott; brother-in-law, Larry Jensen; and her beloved dog, Misty.

 Funeral services will be held at the Hullinger Mortuary on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10-10:45 a.m.

 Burial will be in the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
