Ila Fay Tomlinson

    Our loving mother, grand, great-, and great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Ila Fay Hatch Tomlinson, age 92, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017 at her home.
    Ila Fay was born August 13, 1924, in Vernal to Erskine “Kine” Henry and Florence Green Hatch.  She was one of the youngest of eleven children.  She married Arthur “Art” Tomlinson on August 22, 1942.  He died March 14, 1980.
    Ila Fay has always been very active, she enjoyed walking, biking, camping, hunting and playing baseball.
    She is survived by five wonderful children, Buddy Gene (Sue) Tomlinson; Byron Arthur (Veda) Tomlinson; RaNae (Roy) Hardinger; Jack Hemstead Tomlinson; Von Lee (Josephine) Tomlinson, 20 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren 27 great-great-grandchildren, and a brother Richard “Dick” Hatch.
    She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arthur Tomlinson,.siblings, Daphin, “Jackie”, Mary, Enid, Reva, Betty Jo, Arletta, Byron, Robert “Kine”, daughter-in-law, Anetta Tomlinson and a grandson, Rusty Byron Tomlinson.
    Funeral services held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary.  A viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the service.
    Burial in the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
