Henry G. Piep

Henry George Piep, age 79, of Pinion Ridge, Duchesne County, Utah, passed away March 1, 2025, at his home.

 He was born October 14, 1945, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Henry and Ellen Clift Piep. He married Nedra Kae Chestnut on March 9, 1975, in Elko, Nevada. She died March 6, 2024. 

 Henry worked for CPC for over 32 years, driving a cement truck and a belly dump. He had a passion for trucks and cars and enjoyed working on them. He liked to camp, hunt, and mostly be with his family. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion.

 Henry is survived by his children, Henry G. Piep, Jr.; Shanna (Alan) Archuletta; Stephanie (Kurt) Hunt; Debbie (Ryan) Thompson; Neddy (Cody) Street; Pete (Jamie) Piep; Skyler (Breanna) Piep; a sister, Debbie (Mike) Belarde; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. 

 He was preceded in death by his wife of almost 50 years, Nedra; sons, Donald Piep Dale Chestnut; parents, and brothers and sisters.

 Per his wishes, he was cremated and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
