Gwen Linnarz Bellon, passed away on February 21, 2022 at her home in Roosevelt.
She was born September 14, 1944, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Otto Julius and Mary Catherine Anderson Linnarz. She married Bart Owen Bellon.
Gwen was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and all-around extradentary woman. Her children remember her for her fun-loving attitude. She was the kind of mother who would camp out in the yard with the kids or stay up all night playing cards. Gwen was not just a great mother, but also a talented professional serving as an executive for Zimmerman Roofing, Assistant to the Mayor in Draper City, and later directing secondary education programs and POST for Salt Lake Community College. Gwen shared her many talents with her family and the world, whether crocheting items for display at Grand Central in Salt Lake City, making candles, sewing custom designed clothes, painting ceramics, or planting the most beautiful garden in the neighborhood, she was always doing something to make the world a more beautiful place.
She is survived by her husband, Bart Bellon, their children Coneé, Kelli, Faux and Dusty, ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Gwen was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Linnarz and parents.
