Glenn was born March 17, 1987 in Roosevelt to Glenn Dell Jack, Sr., and Alice Nez.
Glenn enjoyed listening to music, traveling around and seeing new things, and spending time with his friends. He liked to interact with children, especially with his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his mother, Alice Nez, Ft. Duchesne; siblings, Gaylene (Braxton) Wopsock, Whiterocks; Jaylynn Jack, Vernal; Shalane (Avery) Checora, Lapoint; Duane Garfield, Ft. Duchesne; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Glenn, Sr., brother, Nolan Jack, aunt, Huberta Jack, grandparents, Roger & Esther Jack, grandfather, Ned Nez, and special cousin, Muriel Rogers.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary. A wake will be held on Tuesday after 3:00 p.m. and all day Wednesday at Alice Nez's home on the Whiterocks road.
Cremation will follow the services.
