A beautiful heart stopped beating on February 14, 2015. Gayle L’Lyn DeGroshe was born August 7, 1970 to Donald Walter and Nancy Lorraine(Randall)Wager in Miles City, Montana.
Gayle grew up in Bluebell Utah where her family owned and operated the ND ranch and the feed store in Duchesne. She graduated from Altamont High School in 1988. After high school she traveled, exploring the world and the path her life would take. She came back to Utah and met and married her first husband, Herbert Todd Schlosser and began her role as a mother to two little girls, Laura and Tina. She had her first child Braxton Donald Schlosser and realized motherhood was her forte.
As they say “life happens”. Todd and Gayle went on different paths and she met Donald DeGroshe and fell in love, welcoming their daughter Skyller McKell DeGroshe into their life and hearts and marrying July 4, 1997. They started raising their family together adding another daughter, Maszyn Reigh DeGroshe. Later they moved to Ogden where she was blessed with another son, Quarbin Raine DeGroshe.
Some of her favorite things were vacations with her family to the ocean, writing her thoughts and sharing her stories , reading, but most of all being with and supporting her children and grandchildren and her family. She was a pillar of strength, not only for her family, but for anyone that knew her. She was “Aunt Gayle” to so many and loved them all.
Gayle is survived by her husband Donald; children; Braxton, Skyller, Maszyn, Quarbin, Justin, Laura and Tina; grandchildren; O’klen and Treycin. Also surviving are her mother Nancy Wager and brother Joshua(Brandy) Wager and nieces and nephews; Garrett, Rachel, Courtney, Wyatt and Jaydlin.
Gayle was preceded in death by her father Donald Walter Wager and brother Todd Wayne Wager.
