Edward James Attryde

    Edward James Attryde, age 66, of Ft. Duchesne, died on June 7, 2020, at his home with his wife by his side.
    Ed was born on April 23, 1954, in Glendale, California to James Edward and Elizabeth Mary Bennett Attryde Byrd.
    Ed served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Nova Scotia.  He married Patrice Alene Hansen on July 17, 1981, in the Salt Lake Temple, they enjoyed 38 years of marriage together.  He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelors degree.  In 1997, he accepted a position at Roosevelt Jr. High School as a science teacher where he engaged students with his passionate teaching and fly tying skills for 14 years before his retirement.
    A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Provo City Cemetery.  A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 at the Hullinger Mortuary.
