Douglas Farnsworth

   Douglas “Bear” Farnsworth, age 60, passed away at his home in Fort Duchesne on January 26, 2015 surrounded by his family and friends, after a long battle with cancer.
    Doug was born April 4, 1954 in Gusher to Lynn and Lois Herbert Farnsworth. He married Phyllis Thurnherst and they later divorced.  He married Freeda Jean “Freddy” Dixon on November 25, 1981.  She died September 13, 2002.  He then married Constance Serawop on June 23, 2008.  
    He is survived by his wife, Constance S. Farnsworth, children Lori (Glen) Tanner, Travis Potter, Tabbatha Myore, Eloy Myore, Cicily (Kaleb Lopez) Myore; KeAnna S. Angel, grandchildren, Brett (Krista) Penny, Shannon (Lacy) Penny, Neko Tanner, Dasan Serawop, Mea Serawop, Tryston Tanner, NaTeari Serawop, Anpahchee Myore, Penny Gardner, Braylen Nielson, Marian Lopez, Kayalee Lopez, 1 great grandson, Shaddex Penny, brothers Kris Porrit, Larry Hawn, and numerous uncles, aunts, and other relatives.
    Graveside services held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gusher Cemetery.
