Dennis Green

    Dennis Ray Green, age 57, of Roosevelt, passed away January 14, 2018, at home from cancer.
    He was born June 12, 1960, in Vernal, to Sharon Walker Hatch and the late Bryce Acel Green.
    Dennis worked as a roughneck in the oil field, and he enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle and was an excellent woodworker.  
    He is survived by his mother, Sharon Hatch; a son, Dennis Ray Green, Jr., two grandbabies, Braxton Ray & Blakely Marie Green, all of Craig, CO; a daughter, Aubrie Green, Dinosaur, CO; two brothers, Rick (Sonya) Green, Vernal; Bryce (Mary) Green, Roosevelt; half-sister, Anessa (Buck) McDonald, Roosevelt; a special man he called, “Pa,” Lloyd Hallett; and a special “Sis,” Sandy Keel.
    He was preceded in death by his dad, Glen Richens; and grandparents, Asael & Lois Walker.
    Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 3:30 p.m. at the Jensen Cemetery, Jensen, UT; there will be a viewing beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary.
    Military Honors will be presented by the American Legion, the US Army Honor Guard, and the Patriot Guard Riders.
