David Lewis Boyle, age 73, passed away September 6, 2021 at his home in Ballard with his loving wife and best friend Carol and their daughter Tinker by his side.
David was born October 9, 1947 in Worland, Wyoming to Cecil L and Wilma Lucille Bishop Boyle. He married Carol Linn Taylor on July 12, 1968.
God was ready for dad to come home. Heaven has a special Angel. Dad did many things through his life, working in the oil field, farming, cook, and maintenance. He loved his family, and had a special way with animals. His daughter remembers once sitting in the back yard with him when a doe came up behind him and put her nose on his neck. She just stood there while he talked to her. He had many special pets who met him when he got to heaven.
He had many struggles the last 10 years, and beat the odds each time, but God knew he was getting tired and needed to go home to be with his parents and brother.
He has been so brave, we love him to the moon and back. He is in our hearts forever, till we meet again. He had so many friends all very special, and to many to name. He loved each and everyone of you.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carol Linn Boyle, Ballard; daughter, Tinker Boyle, Ballard, daughter, Debbie Rodney, Missouri, daughter, Christina Jeane Potter, Ft. Duchesne. A special pet, Candy, cousins, Rick Rosenthal and Doris Sievers, 4 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, and 13 great grandchildren.
Dad once said family isn’t always only by blood. He has a special grandson who has been here for him and he loves and was so honored to call grandson, Jessie Craig Bromley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, both sets of grandparents, a brother, Cecil Gary Boyle, and numerous special pets.
A special thanks to hospice for helping keep dad comfortable, and everyone at dialysis. God Bless You All.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
