Dakota Jack Lee Reed, age 30, of Roosevelt, passed away unexpectedly on December 13, 2024, at his home.
He was born October 20, 1994, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Greg Hullinger and Tina Reed Bird.
Dakota was a hard worker who enjoyed hauling wood, fishing, hunting for Elk sheds at the Book Cliffs, and doing anything outdoors. He also liked to play video games. He loved his family, especially his nephews, who he often spoiled.
He was very much loved and will be deeply missed.
Dakota is survived by his daughter, Faith Reed, Heber City; parents, Greg Hullinger, Roosevelt; Tina Reed Bird (Clayton Bird), Myton; grandparents, Dee Hullinger, Roosevelt; Jack & Patty Reed, Myton; siblings, Shayenne Hullinger (Colby Ruffell), Salt Lake City; Kayden & Wyatt Hullinger, Myton; nephews, Trigger, Tyton, Braxton; and many aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Beverly Hullinger; and an uncle, Gary Hullinger.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Myton Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Burial will be in the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
