Cloe Brough

Cloe L Durfey Brough, age 84, of Randlett, returned home to her Heavenly Father on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Uintah Care Center surrounded by her family.
Cloe was born March 17, 1931 in Upalco, to William Glenn and Hope Ione Labrum Durfey. She married Dee Brough on February 1, 1951 in Roosevelt, they were later sealed in the Vernal LDS Temple on July 8, 2003.
Cloe and Dee owned and operated the Brough CafAC. in Randlett for many years. She worked as a teacher at Ute Tribe Headstart for 15 years and touched the lives of many children. She enjoyed crocheting and playing board games especially with her grandkids. She also liked camping, writing in her journal and was always working on her genealogy. Her family was the most important thing to her, and spending time with them was her favorite thing to do. She loved Dee very much and appreciated the opportunity to share her life with him. Her last thoughts were of Dee. Cloe was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held several callings in the Relief Society and Primary organizations. In spite of the many trials she faced in her life, she was always thinking of others and put her family's needs before her own. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many.
She is survived by her husband, Dee Brough, daughters, Sandie (Bruce) Jarman, Cindy (Mitch) Phillips, grandchildren, April, Brandon, Krista, Stephanie, Amanda, Jesse, 14 great grandchildren, siblings, Lulu Richens, Junior (Janeil) Hicks, Marva Deans, Faun Allen, Bill (Dorthella) Durfey, and Connie (Don) Durfey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and infant brother.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Randlett LDS Chapel. Viewings will be held on Wednesday from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary and Thursday at the church 1 hour prior to the service.
Burial in the Avalon Cemetery.
