Cindy Lou LaRose

    Cindy Lou LaRose, age 62, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away October 10, 2017 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
    Cindy was born October 13, 1954 in Roosevelt to Frank “Paladin” LaRose and Mary Elizabeth Root Wyasket.  
    Cindy worked as a cook then the coordinator at the Red Pine Treatment Center for many years.  She was an Associate Pastor, earning her ordination from Word of Life Fellowship, serving in the Community Pentecostal Church for the past 15 years.  She enjoyed playing softball, bowling, singing, dancing, and traveling.  She loved spending time reading her bible, praying in her prayer closet, and meditation on the Lord.  She loved doing things with her family and she cherished her dog, Smokey.  She attended art school and was a wonderful artist, and made wonderful arts and crafts..  
    She is survived by her children, Raylynn Reed, LonTeeOn (Cameron Martinez) LaRose, nieces, Shareen (Lionel) Copperfield, Toni Marie Myore, Chileen Teton, Jeryline Tapoof, Perryline Tapoof, nephews, Gabriel (Tomisita) Wissiup, Arrow Wissiup, Thomas (Krista) Myore, Glen Bert Tapoof, Jonathan Cuch, 18 grandchildren, siblings, Jerry (Jackie) Tapoof, Shelley (Dean Reed) Tapoof, Marlene Tapoof, Koralene (fiancé, Jerrod Mountain) Tapoof, Arlynn Wyasket, LaVera Dubberly, and aunt, Delores Arrowchis..
    She was preceded in death by her parents, children, Cynthia LaRose, Crimson Star LaRose, siblings, Sharon LaRose, Eric LaRose, Perry Tapoof, Tilford Tapoof, adopted parents, Frank and Nettie Ray Eker, step-dad, William Wyasket, aunts and uncles, Elenette Root, Dwight Copperfield, Raymond LaRose, Thomas LaRose, Jr., Katherine LaRose, Helen LaRose, Marjorie Ridley, and Caroline Wanna.
    Funeral services held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Community Pentecostal Church.  A wake will be held after 4:00 p.m. on Friday at her home.
    Burial in the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery.
