Chet Goodrich

Steven Chet Goodrich, age 25, of Bluebell, loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle was taken tragically from us June 3, 2015 in a construction accident in Randlett, Utah.
Chet was born on January 15, 1990 to Lane and Melanie Goodrich. Chet graduated from Altamont High School in 2008 where he excelled in wrestling and was a two time state champion. He married Bodie Mills of Price August 9, 2014.
He got his love of construction at a young age from watching his grandpa, uncles, and father operate equipment. This love continued on into adulthood where he loved working with dirt, and running any piece of equipment he could get his hands on. He was a very hard worker and loved his job.
He had a huge heart, and was very generous, making friends wherever he went, and had a smile that lit up the room. He loved his family very much, his son Baylor was his pride and joy along with his nephews. They thought he hung the moon. He loved his wife, Bodie, more than anything, and was always keeping her on her toes.
He loved being in the outdoors. Many memories were made with him camping, fishing, and snowmobiling. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and will be missed by all that knew him.
Chet is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Bodie, and his son, Steven Baylor both of Bluebell; parents, Lane and Melanie Goodrich of Bluebell; sisters, Tasha (Jesse) Whiting of Neola; Shalane (Garrett) Sorensen of Mt. Home; nephews, Kabryn, Stockton, Trey, Kelsyn Whiting, and another due to arrive in August to Shalane and Garrett; grandparents, Bruce Goodrich of Bluebell; Sherri Walker of Mt. Home; parents in-law, Cherie Sandoval; Guy Mills both of Price; sister in-law, Braidy Mills of Helper; grandparents in-law, Carrol Beacco of Price; Gerald and Sherri Mills of Helper; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Goodrich and Grandfather, Steven Walker.
