Billie Jo Allen

Billie Jo Weber Allen, age 44, of Roosevelt, passed away April 1, 2020 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
    She was born June 23, 1975 in Roosevelt to Jack Edward and Sharon Lee Beckstead Weber.  She married Ted Allen on May 25, 2001, they later divorced.
    Billie Jo loved to fish, play bingo, rock hunt and was very adventurous.  She loved animals and frogs were a favorite.  Her two children were the light of her life, and she delighted in her many nieces and nephews, some she even helped to raise.
    She is survived by her children, Jacob Allen, Megan Allen, her beloved dog, Narr, her mother, Sharon Weber, siblings, Vickie (John)  Jenkins, Ida (John) Atkin, Jeanette (Bob) Lepper, Jack Daniel (Carrie) Weber, and Teresa Weber.
    She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Weber.
    She was cremated.

A Celebration of Life open house was held on June 20, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ballard Park on Highway 40 north of the Ballard Church.
