Beverly Stevenson

    Beverly Jensen Stevenson, age 83, of Boneta, passed away on January 18, 2017 at her home.
    Beverly was born August 18, 1933 in Talmage to Joseph Calvin and Lorna Christensen Jensen.  She married Wallace Henry Stevenson on November 16, 1951 in Salt Lake City.  They were later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.  
    Beverly was a talented seamstress, making anything and everything, including wedding dresses.  She loved working in her yard and garden, even after she was not able to do many other things.  She was extremely crafty, using unusual items and making beautiful things.  She was known to be able to make something out of nothing. She was health conscious years before anyone knew what that was.   
    She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in various callings through the years.  She and Wallace enjoyed doing sealings in the Vernal LDS Temple.  
    She is survived by her husband, Wallace Stevenson, children, Robert Wallace Stevenson, Ann (Bob) Bateman, Darrell Stevenson, Connie (Marcus) Liddell, all of the Mountain Home-Boneta area; 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.  Her siblings, Betty (Dean) Rowley, Arnold (Loretta) Jensen, Roberta Nielsen, Luella Fielding, Dena Fellows, Lavern (Jeannie) Jensen, Reed Jensen, Leola Jensen, Maxine (Barry) Skinner, Dallas (Ilene) Jensen, Eugene (Mindy) Jensen, and a sister-in-law, Shirlene Jensen.
    She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Jensen, Leslie Jensen, and grandchildren, Brent Bateman, Marcus Adam Liddell, and Emily Liddell      
    Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lake Fork LDS Chapel.  A viewing will be held from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.  
    Burial in the Talmage Cemetery.
