Bernadine UncaSam

     Bernadine UncaSam, age 64, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away on May 12, 2022 in American Fork, Utah.
    Bernadine was born April 7, 1958 in Roosevelt, Utah to Calvin and Ida Santio UncaSam.  She married Alvin Tabbee, they later divorced.
    Bernadine loved to go to the city and shopping was one of her favorite things to do.  She enjoyed eating at the Frontier Grill and visiting with others.  She cherished her grandchildren and loved spending time with them.  
    She is survived by her sons, Gregory Checora, Sr., Quincy UncaSam, one granddaughter and two great grandchildren.
    She is preceded in death by her siblings, Rodney , Maxine, Coleen, Jack, Rudy, Mildred, Tilford, Sherry and Gwendlyn UncaSam.
    Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ft. Duchesne Community Building.  A wake will be held after 4:00 p.m. on Monday at the community building.  Luncheon will be after services before burial.
    Burial in the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery.
