Barbara Bleazard Freeman, age 92, passed away peacefully July 18, 2024 at Landmark Assisted Living in Vernal surrounded by her loving nieces.
She was born February 14, 1932 in Mountain Home to Mark Walker and Evelyn “Pete” Jenson Bleazard. Barbara was the eldest of 4 children. She was a caring and motherly women who loved helping out with all her sisters, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She married Ralph Freeman on June 24, 1951 in Talmage, Utah. They had a full life filled with so many memories of their many adventures. Ralph passed away January 1, 2013.
Barbara went to work for Zions Bank in 1952 where she was a very valued employee and accomplished many achievements for a women of that time period. She retired happily in 1991.
She loved to go sightseeing, camping, and traveling to visit her many friends and family. Her favorite pastime was growing flowers and gardening, she was especially known for her roses! And more recently her succulents.
She is survived by her sister, Joan (Kenneth) Thomas and many loving nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held July 23, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends and Family may meet from 12-2 at the Best Western breakfast room in Ballard after the services.
