Afton Wilson

    Afton Frances Burmingham Wilson, age 79, of Fruitland, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Uintah Basin Senior Villa.
    Afton was born on September 15, 1935 in Vineyard, Utah to Frank “Benny” and Afton Shumway Burmingham.  She married John Paul Wilson on November 14, 1953 in Vineyard.  
    Afton enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her family.  She collected dolls and loved to crochet.  Her greatest treasurers were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  
    Afton is survived by her husband, Paul and children Alfred Benny Wilson, Colorado; Terry Paul Wilson, Fruitland; sisters; Alene (Dehos) Peay, Orem; Leah Nessun, Springville; and Joyce Burmingham, Orem.          
    She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Lowanna Burgess.
    Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 12 Noon at the Fruitland Cemetery.  A viewing will be held that morning from 11:00 - 11:30 at the Fruitland LDS Chapel.
