Aaron Dwane Davis, age 36, of Myton, loving & devoted father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend, passed away February 15, 2021, at his home.
He was born August 18, 1984, in Roosevelt, to Dwane Sam Davis and Sheila May Smith.
Aaron’s most precious possessions were his children, Jayce, Austin, Sean, Allen, Jacob, Harper, & Bethany. He was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. From the time he was a child, he knew firefighting was his calling. He has been a volunteer firefighter for Myton since the age of sixteen. He was also the owner and operator of A&A Davis Landscaping, and worked in the oilfield as a truck driver and an associate at O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Aaron has spent the last two years with his fiancé, Annii Hunt and her daughter, Shelby and son, Robert.
He is survived by his fiancé, Annii, of Myton; children Jayce, Austin, Sean, Allen, Jacob, Harper, & Bethany Davis; Robert & Shelby Hunt, and a grandson waiting to make his appearance, James Dylan Hunt; parents, Sheila (Kent) Bird, Myton; Dwane (Pamela) Davis, Myton; siblings, Brandie Bird (Mike Winkler), Myton; Jay Murray-Bird, Myton; Jeffery Murray-Bird, Ft. Duchesne; Nickey Jo Murray-Bird, Colorado; Amber (Allen) Allred, Roosevelt; Misty Cross, Roosevelt; Viola (Shawn) Seddell, Roosevelt; Sam Davis, Myton; Ryan Davis, Myton, Jason Bird (Alicia Duncan), Roosevelt; Jose Bird, Roosevelt, Martin Bird (Keiara Williams), Roosevelt; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Aaron was preceded to Heaven by his grandparents, Vicki Smith, Ida Davis, Alvin “Slim” Davis; and cousins, Kyler Smith & Chris Smith.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Roosevelt Baptist Church. There will be a visitation that morning at the church from 9-10:45 a.m. Services will be live-streamed. If attending, masks will be required.
Burial will be in the Cedarview Cemetery.
